Jackie Sobel | Owner

Dance has shaped my life since the age of three. With classical training through Atlantic City Ballet Theater, Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Point Park University’s Pre-Professional Program, and advanced collegiate study in Dance at The Ohio State University, movement has always been both my foundation and my language.
In 2018, I discovered pole dance while attending an aerial silks workshop, and from my very first Level 1 pole series, I was completely hooked. Pole became the perfect fusion of my technical dance background and new challenges in strength, artistry, and self-expression.
My teaching style is rooted in flow-based movement and choreography that blends classical dance with pole. At the studio, I teach a little bit of everything. But I especially enjoy teaching ContemPolary and Slow Flow, dance fitness, and HIIT classes. I’m especially inspired by the balance of grace and power—how something incredibly demanding can still look fluid and effortless.
As an instructor, my greatest joy is watching students step into their confidence. I strive to create classes where everyone feels supported, capable, and empowered, no matter where they’re starting from. I also compete in pole dance competitions, continually challenging myself to grow as both a dancer and performer.
I’m proud to be the new owner of the studio, stepping into this role with deep respect for its community and a clear vision for its future. With years of professional dance training, teaching experience, and a passion for building inclusive, empowering spaces, I’m committed to honoring the studio’s roots while helping it continue to evolve and thrive.
Outside the studio, I also own and operate a local craft brewery full time. So I’m always on the move. Whether I’m behind the bar or on the pole, dance remains my grounding force and lifelong passion

Kim "Cougar K" Metzger | Instructor

I'm Kim-better known around here as "Cougar K"!
I’m proud to say I’ve been with FitnessEnvi since day one, making me FitnessEnvi’s longest-standing member. Back in 2012, I wandered into her open house, watched the live demos, and instantly thought: Sign me up—I want to do that!
My background is in gymnastics—I started kindergym at age 4, competed until 15, and went on to coach for 10 years. That love for movement is why tricks are my jam—whether on pole or chair. Anything splitty or shape-driven (especially from brass monkey) makes me happiest.
By day, I’m a full-time outpatient physical therapist with Independence Health, helping people return to the sports and activities they love. I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, am a certified personal trainer, and once upon a time was an OCB Pro Figure/Wellness competitor and fitness model.
Outside of the studio, my heart belongs to my family—three incredible college-aged kids (a 21-year-old daughter and 19-year-old boy/girl twins), my amazing fiancé, and our two sweet cats. I also love weightlifting, live music, and soaking up the sun poolside.
Teaching at FitnessEnvi for the past three years has been an absolute joy. The community here is so welcoming, uplifting, and inspiring. I love guiding beginners through their first moves and celebrating that spark of excitement when they nail a trick, as much as I enjoy pushing advanced students to unlock new levels of strength and creativity. This studio feels like home, and I’m so grateful to share my passion with every student who walks through the door.
“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

Brittny Ravotti | Instructor

Hi I’m Brittny.
Obsessed with body awareness and isolation since childhood, I delightfully applied self–taught movement to yoga starting in 2007. I’ve gotta credit yoga for my transition into healthy living, however discovering pole dancing…yoga almost went out the window.
After attending my first pole class at Oh My You’re Gorgeous and discovering a knack for pole I booked every spare moment at the studio. I remember it being my first taste of confidence and experiencing my first ever flow state. Despite zero experience in dance gymnastics or acrobatics I quickly outgrew the studio student space and was asked on board as an instructor.
I trained with foremother of pole studios Fawnia Mondey of Pole Fitness Studio Las Vegas, completing her first dance instructing certification in 2011. From there I was off! Obtaining teaching certifications became my focus: NESTA, FlyGym (aerial yoga-esque), Liquid Motion (floor dance methodology), XPERT of XPole. In 2019 I was scouted by XPERT and had a blast teaching their teacher training program from 2019 to 2022. Honoring my roots in 2020 I completed my RYT 200 Hour in Tantra Hatha Vinyasa yoga in the magical Sacred Valley, Peru.
My latest endeavor has shifted into biomechanics, satisfying my urge and need to correct my gate and posture. I’m now certified in structural assessment and corrective exercise therapies 2025. The thought of bringing this new skill to my students has me over the moon. All of my certifications have changed my life on a deep level. The ability to teach has been the ability to grow. The pole community has been the legs of this growing industry (and it’s growing for a reason ). In 2014 I met Aubrey where I graciously settled into what I call home base, Fitness Envi. It’s here that I experienced a second wave of immeasurable growth. It’s been amazing to have a safe space where I can bring back all pieces of me.
I have so much gratitude for the drive teaching provides. Students know my class to be dense with technique. This comes from the constant learning and striving to better understand bodies myself. There’s a deep satisfaction that comes with body awareness and teaching others to be body aware. When I first began teaching I was surprised by its rewarding nature. Nothing delights more than watching light bulbs appear above students’ heads. It’s an honor to be a part of someone’s body connection story. There’s a metaphysical cyclic event happening in a student teacher relationship. Neither of us can be without the other. Both of us grow. And growth for all of us is my pride, my salvation, my gift, my forever goal.
When I’m not obsessing over micro movements or creating class curriculum I’m a toddler mom to Nova Sol. My husband and I look forward to future travel and disaster relief volunteering as Nova comes of age.

Emily Capezzuto | Instructor

By the middle of high school, I stepped away from dance to focus on working and taking college classes to get into nursing school. In 2019 I graduated and became a registered nurse, but by 2022 I was feeling burned out from bedside work and really missed having that creative outlet and sense of community in my life.
I had been drawn to pole for years through Instagram, so I finally decided to give it a try. From my very first class, it clicked—even more than traditional dance ever had. Pole challenges me with strength, grace, and expression all at once, and it’s also given me a community that instantly felt like home. (I love my Fitness Envi family so much  I’ve found my best friends here!)
My favorite move right now is Allegra, and my favorite part of teaching is watching students feel proud of themselves and grow their confidence. I love when they post their videos from class and are just genuinely having fun.
Teaching gives me the chance to pay it forward and welcome others into a community that has changed my life in so many positive ways.
Also, after years of nursing (especially after my experience on a neuro and trauma floor) -I worked with people who had lost the ability to move their bodies in the way they once could. Movement is truly a blessing and health is a privilege. If we have the opportunity to move we should celebrate that. It doesn’t matter what it looks like or what we look like. What matters is showing up and being grateful for what we CAN do, and enjoying that gift for as long as we can.

Leann Parsch | Instructor

Hey there, I'm Leann!
Pole dancing captivated me in 2020, and it's been a whirlwind of passion ever since. More than just a hobby, it's become my creative outlet, my therapy, and a powerful motivator for self-care. Discovering dance as an adult was transformative, turning me into an athlete in my 20s. I've embraced the challenge of competition by participating in events hosted by PSO, and deepened my expertise with an XPERT pole dancing certification (levels 1 & 2). Though I love every aspect of pole, the dynamic energy of spin pole truly excites me.
If I had to pick a favorite move, it would be the Ayesha. It's more than just a move to me; it's a symbol of triumph. After a car accident left me with a shoulder injury (prior to my pole journey), I wasn't sure if it was even possible. But after years of hard work I finally accomplished the Ayesha and I’ve never let it go. It represents my refusal to let doubt win.
As a hairstylist, I spend my days helping others feel beautiful. Outside of work, you can find me gaming, cuddling with my cats, or exploring the outdoors.
Teaching pole is incredibly rewarding. Seeing students achieve new moves and connect with their bodies is what drives me. I love empowering others to discover their hidden strengths and capabilities. It is an honor to be a part of our student’s pole journeys.

Jillian Mauro | Instructor

I currently work in hospice sales (sad, but makes a difference) & am a certified personal trainer and also certified in group fitness and sports nutrition. I managed a kickbox gym for years and currently still teach kickbox bootcamps along with Spin and other group fitness and I’m a participant of an adult tap class. Everyone has a “why” for a reason they showed up so I love motivating others and helping individuals see their true potential and how much further they can push! Due to injury, I’ve had to give it up but I have many full marathons under my belt but I still also work as a running coach.
In my spare time I enjoy music (I’m known as the “human jukebox” and my class playlists ALWAYS impress), cars, doing some side work in the beauty industry and expanding my stylist and personal organization side hustles! Chasing my 2-year-old around and spending time with my family is my fave way to stay busy! Fun fact- I have 8 Bruce Springsteen tattoos and work at a cat hotel on Sundays.
I am actually a substitute instructor at FitnessEnvi so you won’t see me all the time but I love throwing in a pop-up here and there when the other lovely ladies need a gap filled!

Katie Williams | General Manager

Hi! My name is Katie and I'm the general manager for Fitness Envi. I keep things running behind the scenes so you can keep getting your 🍑 to class.
I never really thought of myself as a dancer. I’ve lacked coordination and grace in movement my whole life. My journey with FE actually started with a Strong Nation cardio class taught by Jackie. I followed that up with a $5 Friday and all of a sudden I didn’t care how I looked; I couldn’t deny the way this place made me feel. I was confident and having FUN! I never turned back.
BUT I did take a break… to have a baby! So these days you can catch me back at the studio, relearning old moves and regaining my confidence. I can’t wait to jump back in. Literally… any move or trick that requires a jump at the pole or doing something sideways, that’s what I want! I’ve decided to start pole-ing with confidence and just jump right in.
I may not be a teacher here, but I do love supporting the teachers that get to teach you! Making things happen behind-the-scenes is my favorite and I love getting to make FE happen for so many people.
